Load Work Schedule for Employees, if required. This step can be skipped if Work Schedule is mapped at Enterprise, Legal Entity level, and work schedule at each assignment level is not required.
Load Absence Records - Absence Entries can be loaded thorugh HDL, customer can demand to load history data as well, we need to understand their exact need to plan load accordingly
Absence Enrollment - We need to submit enrollment related background process named 'Update Accrual Plan Enrollments' so that employees within the organization can get enrolled based on the eligibility defined at the plan level in one go.
We need to submit this process for each accrual plan individually.
Load Absence Accrual - Once enrollment is completed, we need to to upload latest accrual balances received from customer through HDL.
Run Calculate and Accrual balance process.
