Enable the option to allow individuals to submit additional personal contributions while other contributions are awaiting approval. Additionally, set up access details for the individual compensation plan to prevent people from updating or stopping contributions using the Manage Personal Contributions action.

ORA_HWM_RULES_LOG_LEVEL.
Set the logging level for the processing of fast formulas in time repository rules. The default level is 300, which is the finest level.
